Valley View Home Care is a licensed adult foster home in Medford, Oregon, offering up to five residents a private room and the kind of attentive, individualized care that larger facilities simply cannot provide.
Our caregivers specialize in memory care and hospice, supporting residents and families through some of life’s most difficult transitions. We provide a calm, dignified environment where the focus is on comfort, presence, and genuine connection at every stage.
Specialized SupportAbout 80% of what we serve is organic. Every meal is prepared fresh and tailored to the resident’s personal preferences, including vegetarian, vegan, or otherwise. We learn what each person likes and dislikes and cook accordingly. No cafeteria trays. Just real food, made for the person eating it.
Nutrition & WellnessEvery resident has their own private room. That privacy matters for recovery — it means rest, routine, and space to heal on your own terms, without the disruption of a shared facility.
Daily Living SupportA meaningful day goes beyond physical care. We organize activities for residents to keep them engaged, stimulated, and connected. Quality of life matters as much as quality of care, and we take both seriously.
Wellbeing & EnrichmentWe stay in constant contact with each resident’s primary care physician. Our caregivers communicate regularly with their PCP to share updates on health status, flag any concerns early, and ensure care decisions are always aligned with the resident’s medical team. Families can rest easy knowing nothing falls through the cracks.
Medical CoordinationWe accept private pay only. Families seeking Medicaid-funded care are warmly referred to our sister location in Jacksonville. Give us a call and we’ll connect you with the right place.
